During her time as as project artist for St Edmundsbury Cathedral, Lillias August produced a series of paintings based on the form of the Cross. Some of the paintings have partners in the form of digital transformations. Lillias was awarded an Arts Council England East grant to tour the series to Ely, Peterborough and Lincoln Cathedrals. Additional funding enabled a further visit to Southwell Minster.
